On the Google Ads API perspective, you can use the media_file report and you can include the following fields to get the details that you've mentioned: media_file.id media_file.mime_type media_file.name As for the dimension (Width and Height) of the image, you can use include the media_file.image.full_size_image_url and media_file.image.preview_size_image_url instead.
