There is currently no report type in Google Ads API and AdWords API that can directly use to return this set of data. The reason is, The conversion_action report of Google Ads API, use for retrieving data / statistics at conversion action level, doesn't have any fields that will return this metric. As for the AdWords API, the conversion_action doesn't have equivalent report on this API. As a workaround, I would suggest using Account Performance Report of AdWords API, then include the ConversionTypeName and the ViewThroughConversions and it will return the same set of data that you are looking for. You may refer to this document if you want to get the equivalent of the suggested report type and fields in Google Ads API.
