Please note that our team is not familiar with node.js and that it is also not supported directly as a client library by the AdWords API. That being said, our team would not be able to help troubleshoot the implementation using node.js. Moving forward, you can refer here, and also to this guide, for more information on how you can construct your AWQL if you would be using the query method of the LocationCriterionService.
