Refresh tokens usually would last for some time. However, here are some common causes for the refresh token expiration. As for access tokens, these are refreshed automatically, using the refresh token, if you are using any of the supported client libraries. Regarding your other concern, "I tried to join the group from our company Google Ads Manager account but it shows An error occurred while joining the group.", could you share more details such as the exact error you are encountering? If the error is being encountered in the Google Ads UI, could you provide a screenshot and send it over via the Reply privately to author option?
