With this, I will just paste here the response that I sent on that thread, please see it below: "I can see that you've set the 1339441641, customer ID of the MCC account, in the customer_id field of the API request. However, this is not possible as you can only add keywords on a client account where a specific ad group resource belong. With this, I would suggest setting the customer ID of the client account (1732890876) instead in customer_id field of the API request where the ad group with ID 112618845730 is created, then retry the API request." Let me know how it goes after trying the provided suggestion.
