Hi, I can see that https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/change-status#determining_resource_type_by_id
In this I get values like this customers/XXX/changeStatus/1611921863586597-3-71dd3957-289ddd3197-4656ddd51506 timestamp = 1611921863586597. How I can determine the timestamp value? I am using PHP library but this timestamp is not supported by PHP?
