Unfortunately, our team would not be able to proceed with the investigation without the API logs generated in Google Ads API. With this, we will request the complete request and response (fields with metrics) logs, with the request-id. Also, please provide the campaign IDs that were not returned in the response of Google Ads API. Furthermore, since you've mentioned that the campaigns that were not returned by Google Ads API is deleted campaigns, then this means that it is no longer generating metrics and impressions.
