Since we don't want to misalign our devtoken and our current google project is 
using the old version google adwords api. One question is does the rule above 
apply on google adwords api? -> The rule stated on this guide is only 
applicable to Google Ads API.
Another one is if we remove the manager account or google project would it 
break the linkage? so that we could re-align it to the correct manager account 
or google project -> Could you further elaborate/share a scenario to this 
question so we can better provide our insight?
