Hi Matt - thank you for following up. We do not have a Google Ads rep, despite meeting the requirements laid out to have one. I've also been told there's no way to request one. If Google continues stonewalling access to the tools that makes Google Ads most impactful, I'm not sure my organization can continue to use the product. Let me know if you are able to support in any way.
