Hi Austin, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I would first ask if you have looked into this section about handling the partial error message as it talks about this specifically. Also would suggest to look into the checking of the empty response as shown here . Also, it would look like you would need to pass in the caller_id into the def main as shown here in this sample.
