Hi, Thank you for reaching out. There was a system issue on our end so we were unable to respond to you earlier. The placement targeting could only be configured as negative using the Google Ads API. You could set it through the CampaignCriterionService and AdGroupCriterionService. For more information you could refer to this documentation.
