You've mentioned in your initial post that you encountered the FILE_FORMAT_ERROR, however, I wasn't able to see it in the provided SOAP logs. With this, if this error is still persisting, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs generated on your where we can see the error? Otherwise, if you experiencing different error, then please provide more details about it that is related to the provided SOAP logs to further check.
