With regard to your concern related to service account, we suggest that you follow this guide on setting up the Google Ads API using service accounts. As stated on that guide, we strongly recommend using OAuth2 desktop app or web app flow instead of service accounts unless you need a domain-specific feature (for example, impersonation). Also included in the above guide are the steps on how you can create your client ID, client secret, and refresh token, for the desktop app flow.
