Possible reason why this error occurred is because the API version v201710 that you've used is indeed deprecated. With this, if you still want to use AdWords API, then I would suggest migrating to the API version v201809 by downloading the current Java client library version. However, we recommend to directly planning and migrating to Google Ads API as soon as you can for managing Google Ads account using API. All developers need to upgrade existing integrations to the Google Ads API by April 27, 2022. On that date, the AdWords API will sunset and requests to the AdWords API will fail. Also, new features will only be made available in the Google Ads API. Please feel free to use this feature map to understand which features have been migrated to the Google Ads API and the respective documentation.
