Hi, I've done that and the link you provided says my account is in good standing but then when I got to my control panel it says suspended. Something is really wrong and I haven't been able to get a hold of ANYONE to have a conversation with the link you provided. I get automated responses that are form letters. I need this elevated to P0 level bug. I need to speak with someone that has the power to actually do something.
