To narrow down the ad distribution area to a range of 10km from the address of the store you could set the proximity to a location via this code example. To set the bid strategy setting to "Maximize clicks bid strategy" you could set the BiddingStrategyType to TargetSpend. For more information on the bidding strategy, please refer to this guide.
