Hi everyone, To confirm, a 12 hour period is not possible to retrieve using the API, and also, the API only mirrors possible date ranges from the UI. That said, the possible date ranges that can be used is as shared by Pete earlier.
In addition, calculation of metrics is more of a product related concern.
