Google will not help you with few things: 1. "The billing information cannot be used with the current customer status" error whe creating test client under tyour test account. I wanted to do it also to test my app, asked for help - no luck. 2. Using service account to make API calls. I set up all the things to make it work, got some sort of errors during API calls, asked for help - no luck.
