Hello,

I am currently working on an application for my company which is
whitelisted as internal in GCP since our internal delivery teams are the
only users. As an internal application we have users authenticate their
Google user in our platform using their internal email addresses. This has
worked successfully for us, but recently we've run into a challenge where a
client has created contractor email addresses for our internal team members
to access/manage campaigns in the client-owned Google Ads accounts for
security purposes. Our internal users are not able to use our platform now
because these contractor emails are not part of our internal organization.
To remedy this issue, we plan on switching our GCP access to external, but
we have some concerns around the Google Ads Required Minimum Functionality
since our tool is still only used by our internal delivery teams.

We have two offerings:
- Visual Dashboard - we support multiple visual dashboards such as Tableau
- Internal Campaign Dashboard - for monitoring campaign pacing and
performance - will remain internal only

The Required Minimum Functionality for reporting-only lists out a few
requirements that are covered in the Visual Dashboard, but not in the
Internal Campaign Dashboard. Do both areas of the application need to meet
the minimum required functionality or is one sufficient?

For example, the requirements state that we need to provide the last 30 day
time frame to users. Custom date ranges are supported in visual dashboards,
but the internal campaign dashboards only have lifetime, yesterday, and
today spend and lifetime campaign performance. Since this is will always be
an internal only product does it need to comply with the external
requirements?

Thanks,
Patricia
