Hi Vladislav, Could you confirm if you were using the Google Ads UI when you encountered the "The billing information cannot be used with the current customer status." error when creating your test client account?
If yes, then I would recommend that you reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team via this link, if you wish further guidance on the UI issue. As an alternative, you can create your test client accounts using the Google Ads API instead. You can check out the example here, as to how. Make sure as well to indicate your test MCC/manager account ID as the managerId and use OAuth2 credentials generated by a user/email address that has access to the said test MCC/manager account.
