Hi Vlad, An audience list needs to be attached to the campaign or ad group in order to target the list and nothing in our documentation states that a similar list based on a real list automatically gets added. Standard Shopping campaigns don't seem different in this regard either. You can use multiple user lists to and/or the lists together.
