It appears that you are looking for MCC reporting in the API to retrieve the metrics of all the accounts under a MCC account. Unfortunately, MCC reporting is currently not supported in Google Ads API. As a workaround, you may utilize this sample implementation for retrieving the client accounts under a MCC account, then generate customer report for each account. Hope this will help.
