Unfortunately, the "per store report" as seen on your provided screenshot is currently not available in the Google Ads API and AdWords API. Our team already raised a feature request for this; however, there is no guarantee if this will be supported soon. In the meantime, we suggest that you follow our blog for updates and new releases.
