Hi, I was making some more Google Ads API request for a Smart Campaign earlier, and noticed that it is populated with many Keywords. I do not believe these Keywords were manually created or linked to the Campaign, so my guess is that they're auto-generated in some way by Google using the Keyword Themes.
I'd like to learn more about these Keywords. 1. Is there any way to tell when or who they were generated by (I'm pretty sure all Smart Campaign Keywords are generated by Google, but it would be nice to be able to differentiate in the query)? 2. Some of them appear to have no relation to the website or keyword themes - can you provide any insight into how they are generated and how we can keep them as relevant as possible?
