I can see that you are comparing the campaign view of the UI and ad_group report type, unfortunately, this is not the correct mapping of API report in the UI. If you want to get the data at the campaign level, then you need to use the campaign report instead. Otherwise, if you want to compare the data of ad_group report in the UI, then the correct mapping of this report is discussed here. Furthermore, please ensure that you are using the same fields, filters and date ranges in the API report and UI when comparing the data to each other.
