Since you've mentioned that the screenshot is not from the Google Ads UI, then I'm afraid that we can't further comment on that. Focusing on the highlighted items from that screenshot, you can extract those using the Google Ads API via the ad_group view. You can then utilize this segments.device field to segment the result by device.
