Hi Brian, Thank you for reaching out to us. In looking over our documents, I found this article that talks about this similar issue. From what I can see this actually seems to be correct as the ad could be restricted at the moment pending approval. At the same time this would appear to be a policy or ad creative issue which we are unable to respond to. Which we would then suggest to contact our Product Support Team about. As they have more information pertaining to things such as that.
