Since you mentioned "we have to set customer_id as MCC account which is 5804984872 instead of sub account id like 8845970027", you will first need to ensure that you have implemented cross-account conversion tracking before you can upload your sub-account's conversions using your MCC accounts. As discussed in this section : "When uploading click conversions with cross-account conversion tracking enabled, the conversion action must be in the manager account, rather than in the account associated with the GCLID." That said, if you haven't enabled cross-account conversion tracking, you will need for now to specify the customer ID of the sub-account. If you require assistance in setting up cross-account conversion tracking, I would recommend that you reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team via this link, as this is more in line with their expertise. Once enabled, you may then perform conversion uploads using your manager account.
