The metrics.cost_micros in the campaign report should return the value of that 
specific row or for that specific campaign.id. That said, if you are 
encountering discrepancies, could you provide examples and any Google Ads UI 
Campaign view screenshot that does not equal the cost returned from the API?

Also, you may provide us with GAQL, complete request and response logs with the 
request-id so that we can take a closer look. You may then send the requested 
information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not 
available, you may send the details directly to our 
[email protected] alias instead.
