Hi Po-Yu Hsieh,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, there is no other way to remove the accounts completely through
Google Ads API. However, you can unlink from the current manager account or
give access to a user as an administrative user to that account and then do the
un-linking. To unlink using the Google Ads API, here's the documentation
references below:

https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/account-management/linking-manager-accounts
https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/ManagerLinkStatusEnum.ManagerLinkStatus

Regards,

Yasar Ramjan Makandar
