When retrieving objects using the reports or the GoogleAdsService (search / searchStream), you would need to specify each resource field to pull them in a single report. However, if you will be using specific services, such as for example a campaign, then you may perform a CampaignService.getCampaign request. This should then return the Campaign resource along with its supported attributes.
