Hi, You will need first to setup the payment profile and associate it to a Google Ads (usually a MCC/manager) account, via the Google Ads UI. You can reach out to the Product Team via this link, for more assistance on this such as the steps and requirements in order to create the said payment profile.
Once the above setup is complete, you can refer to this billing guide on how you can use those payment profiles in your billing setup for your sub accounts, using the API.
