Before I raise this issue to the rest of our team to further discuss the 
streamingUrl field, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response 
logs, and requestId, that my colleague Ernie earlier requested?

If you haven't yet, you can enable logging by going to the Github documentation 
of your chosen client library. As an example, here is the logging guide for the 
Java client library.

Once enabled, you may then send the logs of your MediaService.get() request via 
the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may 
send the details directly to our [email protected] alias instead.
