Hi Samir, Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to get a list of all not active customers via API. However, we already raised a feature request for this. With this, I would suggest keeping an eye on this blog as we will post any relevant updates when they become supported.
In addition, in order to make requests (retrieve reports, manage entities) your accounts will first need to be active and you can check out this guide on how to reactivate the said accounts.
