HI, Thank you for bringing your questions to our attention. I was able to look over the 2 links that you gave us. As well as the documents that you mentioned. My question to you is this. When looking at the 2 documents that show the country codes. I looked at for example 2172 as you mentioned and it showed me the exact location down to the city of that number. But when looking at the second link, this is used to get that number that can then be used to find the location.
