Thanks for posting and providing updates to your concern.

I am happy to know that you've already managed ROAS for campaigns with strategy 
types MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS. With this, could you confirm if you have questions 
with the other bidding types that you've mentioned?

Technically, you can utilize the same service that you've used in 
MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS for the other bidding type that you've mentioned.

In addition, if you want to manage standard bidding strategy, then you can use 
the CampaignService and mutate the biddingStrategyConfiguration object. As for 
portfolio bidding strategy, then you can use the BiddingStrategyService instead.
