Hi Ilya, Thank you for reaching out. The Google Ads API currently does not appear to support a report that specializes in "Expansion and optimized targeting" and "automatic targeting". What is currently available is to retrieve information whether a specific ad_group is opted in, via the ad_group.explorer_auto_optimizer_setting.opt_in field.
Since the API only mirrors the views/reports from the Google Ads UI, could you confirm if you were able to see a UI report specializing in the feature you described? If there is one, please provide the screenshot so that our team may create a feature request.
