The list of geo target in AdWords API and Google Ads Ads is the same for now. However, if there is any updates in geo location, it will be reflected in the Google Ads API and you can see versioning of the file. Also, you may see the updated geo targets using the geo_target_constant report as I discussed on my previous response.
