We use campaignCriterionService to fetch all campaign criteria's of any campaign. Negative keywords are also part of campaign criteria so ideally those should be fetched as part of this API. we observed that if the negative keywords are not part of list then they are fetched via API but if those are part of keyword list then API does not fetch them. Wanted to confirm if this behavior is known.
