Could you confirm if my understanding is correct that you are looking for a report that can allow you to segment audiences based on interests and also retrieve statistics? If yes, then this is currently not supported in the API. What is currently available are the interest related reports listed below, which currently do not support metrics : https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v8/detailed_demographic https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v8/user_interest If my understanding is correct please let me know, and if not, you may also provide the complete use case for this report so that I may create a feature request for what you are looking for.
