I can't confirm how the values are submitted technically but can double-check internally and get back to you if you need the technical details. If AD_CUSTOMIZERS_FEED_ITEM_REPORT shows only values submitted manually (and visible in Google Ads UI) then it makes sense that it returns empty reports. Is there a way to query ad customizer values submitted via API calls using AWQL?
