For mutating ad group criterion such as listing group of hotel ads, you can use the AdGroupCriterionService.MutateAdGroupCriteria. It can be used to update negative field as 'true' to exclude listing_group of hotel, specifically the other node. Let me know if you have questions with the provided suggestion.
