The CriteriaId and CriteriaParameters are indeed deprecated in Google Ads API. However, these fields are used to get keywords information, with this, you may try to use the following fields to get keywords' information: click_view.keyword click_view.keyword_info.match_type click_view.keyword_info.text Let me know if the returned values of the suggested fields are what you are looking for. If not, then please provide the information that you want to retrieve using click_view so that I can check if it is possible to retrieve in Google Ads API.
