Since the AdWords API is already deprecated and will be sunset on April 27, 2022, we strongly recommend that you use the Google Ads API for managing Google Ads account programmatically and reporting. You can specifically use the conversion_action report type for retrieving the information that you are looking for. Let me know if you have further questions.
