Have you tried to enable logging mentioned in this document by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation? If so, you may then send the complete request and response logs with the request ID where it is not working on said campaigns in order to investigate further via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our [email protected] alias instead.
