Hello, It doesn't appear possible to retrieve this in the AdWords API. As the AdWords API will sunset in April 2022, there will be no more feature additions to the API. However, the Ads API campaign resource does have the field, OptimizationGoalType, which indicates a campaign is optimized for call clicks.
