Hi Piyush, In terms of managing QPS, we currently do not have the exact numbers. However, you can refer to our rate limits guide for more information on the related limits and measures you can take to mitigate.
Also, the 1,000 get request limit should be per developer token, and is a limit imposed regardless whether you have basic or standard access. An alternative to get requests that incurs lesser system cost are the search and searchStream methods, which are further discussed here, and also here.
