Regarding dates in the 'where' clause, here's the error description - https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v8/QueryErrorEnum.QueryError?hl=en#expected_filters_on_date_range. Date ranges gives you only 2 options to state a range of dates, a range or a predefined. Nevertheless the guide doesn't explicitly exclude using one date that happens to create a finite range.
