(I am using v8 of the PHP api client library). Is it possible to load a keywordPlanCampaign when you only know the keywordPlan, or when you create a keywordPlanCampaign, must you store it's resource yourself so you can find it later.
Use case: establishing if a particular keywordPlan uses geoTargets. the only keywordPlan resource methods I can see are ones to get the Id (integer), the name/title and the resource_name (URL/endpoint).
