When making a request to create a campaign with a selective optimization
conversion action I get an unknown error (below). I'm running V8 of the
API, and this code previously work a few weeks ago. Not sure if there was a
last minute change that's not reflected in the documentation, but I've
tried a bunch of stuff nothing seems to work except simply removing the
conversion actions from the call, then everything works fine.
